Returns/Redoing/Refund Policy
All of our services are made-to-order. This means you are paying our services to create a bespoke product for you, therefore we cannot resell. As all of our products (except ready made picture frames) are made-to-order, we only accept returns and/or redoings if:
A. The made-to-order product has been damaged from shipping.
B. Your made-to-order product is a ready-made picture frame, in this case it can be returned and refunded for the paid price, if undamaged and returned within 14 days of delivered date.
Refunds are not accepted for made-to-order services.
We are not held responsible for the exact color match or brightness levels that you see on your screen. Our print experts do a great job in printing each image as best as possible, there will always be a certain difference between what you see on a screen, and what is actually printed. The screen on your phone, tablet, or computer is in a RGB colour space, and is usually is not calibrated before leaving the factory. The colour space used to print your image is CMYK. As what you see on your screen is a different colour space to what is printed, you cannot expect an exact match.
Refunds are not accepted if the issue is related to the light reflecting off the glass or acrylic. These materials reflect any type of light naturally. We cannot determine what room or space your product will be displayed in, therefore if their is a high reflection of light on the artwork, we recommend moving it to a location with less harsh or direct light.
Note for Acrylic Prints
All of our acrylic prints are made-to-order, meaning we are providing a bespoke service to create a bespoke product for the consumer, this includes all Acrylic Artwork Prints as well as Custom Acrylic Prints. Therefore the only returns and refunds accepted are for the reasons listed above in section a. and section b.
Please note there is an acceptable level of imperfection that can arise during the acrylic face mounting process. In particular, dust specs and micro-bubbles that can get trapped between the acrylic and the print itself. A spec of dust or two barely visible from viewing distance is considered as acceptable and can’t be grounds for a return, redoing or refund.
Ready Made Picture Frames
All of our ready made picture frames are products which are mass-produced by ourselves, they are not made-to-order. These are off the shelf products which we gladly accept returns and refunds within 14 days of the delivered date.
